Rather than displaying the discounted membership price as the service price, our service menu will display the regular massage rate. Your Bluewater Membership discount will then be automatically applied at checkout, reducing your total to your discounted member rate.

You will not need to do anything differently, and your membership discount will continue to be applied automatically. This update simply allows the service menu and checkout process to more accurately reflect both the regular value of your massage and the savings you receive as a Bluewater Member.

Bluewater Massage & Bodywork, E-2277 is proud to be the first in the Shoals area to introduce a spa Membership Program in 2011, and we are continually finding ways to make our membership even better!

Our Membership Program is FREE to join and was designed to make routine massage therapy more affordable, flexible, and simple.

Your first visit is received at our regular service rate. If you decide you would like to become a Bluewater Member, simply complete your membership agreement at the time of your visit.

Your membership benefits will begin with your next visit.

Please note: Memberships may not be shared. Each individual must have their own membership agreement and client profile with Bluewater Massage & Bodywork.

That's why we've designed our Membership Program with benefits you'll love:

Unlike many membership programs, there are no automatic monthly payments or drafts.

You simply pay for your massage when you visit. Your membership discount will be applied at checkout—easy, straightforward, and hassle-free!

There is no required number of visits per month.

Members may enjoy unlimited massage sessions each month at their discounted membership rate, with a limit of one massage per day.

You may choose from any available membership massage length without upgrade fees. Come as often as you'd like and simply pay your discounted member rate when you visit!

We understand that life gets busy!

You may miss one month during a six-month period without losing your membership.

If you miss two months within a six-month period, we will assume you no longer wish to continue your membership, and your membership will be canceled.

If you would like to become a member again, you may simply re-enroll.

There are no lengthy cancellation processes or complicated contracts.

If you decide you no longer wish to use your membership, simply let us know—or you may choose to stop visiting.

No monthly drafts. No cancellation fees. No strings attached.

We value your time and ask that you value ours and our therapists' time as well.

A $25 fee applies to no-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. If you have been a no-show more than two times, full payment of service will be charged.

For the safety, privacy, and accuracy of our client records, memberships are individual and may not be shared.

Each person receiving massage therapy must have their own client profile, completed intake information, service history, and membership agreement. This allows us to accurately document who received each service and maintain complete and appropriate records for every client.

For this reason, spouses, family members, and friends may not book or receive services under another person's name or membership profile.

Each individual who wishes to receive member pricing must have their own Bluewater Membership and client profile.
